This Privacy Policy applies to every Endless Pixels games, whether played on mobile or directly in a web browser. All titles are provided by Endless Pixels ("Service Provider") as ad-supported services available on an "AS IS" basis.

User-provided data is retained for as long as you maintain an account or otherwise use the service, plus a reasonable period afterward. Automatically collected data is kept for up to 24 months before being aggregated. To request deletion or a copy of your data, email pixelsendless@gmail.com; some information may be required for the game to function.
Children
Our games and sites are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately so we can remove it.
Security
We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards and restrict access to authorized personnel and contractors. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we continually work to protect the information we process.
